Note: For your security, your billing name and address must be an exact match to the billing name and address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Any order that does not meet this criteria will be declined.


Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax to orders shipped to North Carolina and South Carolina. No tax will be charged to orders shipping to all other states and countries.
Tax applies to the total sale amount including the price of item(s) and applicable shipping and handling fees less discounts.
Note: Local sales tax will be charged appropriately based on your shipping address.
If you have an eligible promo/coupon code, you may enter and apply it at the cart page or at the order confirmation step during checkout. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Any other sales or markdowns will be applied automatically. Because prices may vary by size, the amount discounted from the original price will be displayed upon selecting a size on the individual item page.
Declined Transactions
Declined transactions may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Within 5 business days, your bank will remove these pending transactions from your account. Because the transactions were declined, they will never be posted or permanently charged to your account. Unfortunately, during that time that the bank is processing the pending transactions, those charges will be deducted from your account balance. These funds are not being held by, and may have their pending status removed only by your bank.
Team Store Gift Cards
In order to redeem a physical Team Store gift card online, you will first need to provide a customer support representative with the 20-digit code on the back of the card. To do so, please email the code to customer support at or call 1-888-29-STORE. The customer support representative will then apply store credit to your account in the amount of the gift card balance. Customer support is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8am to 4pm (ET).
