Get your gifts in time. Refer to the table below for order deadlines by shipping method. Then,
at checkout, select the appropriate shipping method by the deadline stated to get your order by
December 24th!
Note: Availability (found on item pages & in shopping cart) for all items in your order must be 'Ready to Ship'.

*In-Store Pickup: Orders are typically ready for pickup at the Team Store at Bank of America Stadium by 12pm the next business day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If your order is placed after 2pm on 12/21, it will be ready for pickup by 9am on 12/23. If you are not attending the Raiders vs. Panthers game on 12/23, you must pick up your order between 9am and 10:15am on 12/23. If you are attending the Raiders vs. Panthers game, you may pick up your order anytime from 9am until 1 hour after the conclusion of the game. The Team Store will be open 9am to 4pm on December 24th. Order deadlines above are based on delivery transit times provided by the carriers delivering the packages. Although rare, factors such as inclement weather and misdirected, lost, or damaged packages may delay the delivery of your order.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional 1-2 business days in transit.
