Shipping Methods

Based on the item(s) in your order and your shipping address, certain shipping methods will be made available to you at checkout.  Orders are typically shipped the next business day, then delivered using one of the following methods:
 
FedEx Home Delivery®:  Shipped the next business day then delivered to residences in 1–5 business days to the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.  Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.  For estimated transit time to your location in the United States, view the FedEx Ground and Home Delivery Service Map.  Orders shipping to North Carolina and South Carolina with this method are typically delivered in ONE business day after the ship!
 
FedEx Ground®:  Shipped the next business day then delivered to businesses in 1–5 business days to the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.  Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, before the business day ends.  Note: Intended for delivery to business addresses only.  For estimated transit time to your location in the United States, view the FedEx Ground and Home Delivery Service Map.  Orders shipping to North Carolina and South Carolina with this method are typically delivered in ONE business day after they ship!
 
FedEx 2Day®:  Shipped the next business day then delivered in 2 business days to most areas in the contiguous U.S. (2-3 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).  For example, if order is placed on Thursday it will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.  Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 7 p.m. to residences.
 
FedEx Standard Overnight®:  Shipped the next business day then delivered in 1 business day to most areas in the contiguous U.S. (1-2 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).  For example, if order is placed on Thursday it will ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday.  Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. to most address; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
 
FedEx Priority Overnight®:  Shipped the next business day then delivered in 1 business day (in AM) to most areas in the contiguous U.S. (1-2 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).  For example, if order is placed on Thursday it will ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday morning.   Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; delivery by 5:00 p.m. in rural areas.
 
USPS Priority Mail®:  Shipped in 1-2 business days then delivered to APO and FPO locations in the United States in 2-3 business days.  After the package is delivered to the APO or FPO location, it will then be transported to the recipient via military vehicle (if necessary).  Once package is in possession of military, delivery time to recipient varies based on destination and circumstances.
 
USPS Priority Mail® International:  Shipped in 1-2 business days then delivered in 8-12 business days to over 190 countries and territories.  Delivery time varies based on destination.  Please Note:  At checkout, you will only be charged applicable shipping and handling fees for shipping the package(s).  In addition to this fee, packages are subject to customs clearance charges, including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of his/her package.  These charges are levied by the carrier and/or government, and none of these fees are paid to or collected by shop.panthers.com.  If the package is rejected or the charges are refused by the recipient, and as a result shop.panthers.com is invoiced for the charges incurred, the customer is subject to billing for the charges and may not be refunded for his/her order.

Special Shipping for Drop Ship Item(s):  Special fee applied to orders containing an item(s) shipped directly from the manufacturer.  This fee is based on the weight of the item(s) and the special handling necessary to ship the item(s) directly from the manufacturer.  Shipping times vary based on the item; see item descriptions for item specific delivery estimates.  Non-drop ship items included in an order with one or more drop ship items, by default, will ship separately via FedEx Home Delivery.  If you would like those items shipped using another method, you should place two separate orders; one for the drop ship item(s), and one for the non-drop ship item(s).

In-Store Pickup:  If all items in your order have 'Availability' (found above Add to Cart button on item pages or in the shopping cart) of "Ready to ship. Usually leaves our warehouse the next business day.", and you're in the NC or SC area, your order qualifies for In-Store Pickup at the Panthers Team Store at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC (click here for store hours, parking info, etc).  In-Store Pickup will appear as one of the options at the shipping method selection page at checkout.  Orders are typically ready for pickup by 12:00pm on the first business day after the order was placed.  Note: If your order contains a customized jersey, order fulfillment may take up to 2 additional business days.  The customer will receive a 'Ready for Pickup' email with instructions about how to pick up his/her order when the order is ready for pickup.  The person picking up the order should be the person named on the credit card used for purchase.  When the customer comes to pick up the order, he/she must present a printed copy of the 'Ready for Pickup' email, a state-issued photo ID or driver's license, or the credit card used for purchase.  Items that ship directly from the vendor (as indicated by item 'Availability') are not available for in-store pickup.
