In-Store Pickup
If order qualifies for in-store pickup (available to NC and SC customers only), a "click here for rates" link will appear under the IN-STORE PICKUP heading below the regular shipping methods at checkout. In-store pickup is offered free of charge. Order will be prepared for pickup at the Panthers Team Store at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Orders are typically ready for pickup by 12:00pm on the first business day after the order was placed. Note: If an order contains a customized jersey, order fulfillment may take up to 2 additional business days. The customer will receive a 'Ready for Pickup' email with instructions about how to pick up his/her order when the order is ready for pickup. The person picking up the order must be the person named on the credit card used for purchase. When the customer comes to pick up the order, he/she must present a printed copy of the 'Ready for Pickup' email, a state-issued photo ID or driver's license, and the credit card used for purchase. Drop ship items (item numbers beginning with "DS-") are not available for in-store pickup.
