Damaged/Defective Items

 

If one or more items from your order is damaged or defective, please send an email to customersupport@panthers.nfl.com with “Return” and your order number (found on packing slip) in the subject line.  Upon receipt of your email, Customer Support will send you a FedEx pre-paid email return shipping label.  You may then print out this label and apply it to the outside of the return shipment.  The email you receive will include instructions on how the package can be picked up or dropped off.

 

Upon our receipt of your return shipment, we will send you a replacement of the original item(s) ordered, free of charge.  If the item is out of stock, you will be notified and receive a refund for the price of the item(s) and applicable sales tax to the original form of payment.
