Returns
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, please fill out the Return Form (click here to download) and include it, along with the original packing slip, in your return shipment. The item(s) you are returning should be securely packaged in the original packaging, if possible. Be sure to mark through or remove any shipping labels from the original shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date (indicated on packing slip).
Item(s) returned must be in like-new condition, original packaging, and with all parts, accessories, and information. If an item is damaged or defective, please see the Damaged/Defective Items section.
Unless there was an error in order fulfillment or the item(s) arrived in damaged or defective condition, the customer is responsible for the means by which the return package is shipped. It is strongly recommended that your return package is insured and trackable, as shop.panthers.com cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Refunds
Upon our receipt and approval of your return, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If there was an error in order fulfillment or an item is damaged or defective, the item(s) may only be exchanged for the original item(s) ordered. See the Error in Order Fulfillment or the Damaged/Defective Items section for more details.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.

Damaged/Defective Items
If one or more items from your order is damaged or defective, please send an email to
customersupport@panthers.nfl.com with “Return” and your order number (found on packing slip) in the subject line. Upon receipt of your email, Customer Support will send you a FedEx pre-paid email return shipping label. You may then print out this label and apply it to the outside of the return shipment. The email you receive will include instructions on how the package can be picked up or dropped off.
Upon our receipt of your return shipment, we will send you a replacement of the original item(s) ordered, free of charge. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified and receive a refund for the price of the item(s) and applicable sales tax to the original form of payment.
Error in Order Fulfillment
If you received one or more items in error, please send an email to

Holiday Return Policy
Our 30 day return policy is extended for all orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd. Returns for orders placed during this time frame will be accepted until January 31st.
Returns for Clearance Items
Unless an error occurred in the order fulfillment process or the item arrived damaged or defective, all sales are final for clearance items (item numbers ending in "-C").
Returns for Customized Items
Unless an error occurred in the order fulfillment process or the item arrived damaged or defective, all sales are final for customized items.
Returns for Digital Media Items
Digital media items (CDs & DVDs) may only be returned if the item is still sealed in its original packaging.
