Payment Options

All transactions on shop.panthers.com take place over a secure SSL data encrypted connection noted by the closed padlock in your browser when you proceed to checkout.
Note: For your security, your billing name and address must be an exact match to the billing name and address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Any order that does not meet this criteria will be declined.
Money Orders may also be used as the form of payment. Proceed with checkout just as you would if you were paying with a credit card, but select "Money Order" from the "Select your payment method" drop down box on the last page of checkout. If possible, in the boxes provided please indicate the money order number and the date which the money order will be mailed. Upon completing checkout and placing your order, you will receive the total order amount for which the money order should be made and the address to which you should mail it (also below). Your order will ship once your money order is received. If your money order is not received within 30 days of when the order was placed, the order will be cancelled.

Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax to orders shipped to North Carolina and South Carolina. No tax will be charged to orders shipping to all other states and countries.
Tax applies to the items purchased and the shipping charge.
Note: Local sales tax will be charged appropriately based on your shipping address.
Discounts
If you have an eligible promo/coupon code, you may enter and apply it at the second step of checkout underneath the shipping selection. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Any other sales or markdowns will be applied automatically. Because prices may vary by size, the amount discounted from the original price will be displayed upon selecting a size on the individual item page.
Declined Transactions
Upon clicking on the "Place Your Order" button at the last step of checkout, your order and credit card information will be processed. If your credit card is declined, a message will appear on the page with the reason why it was declined. If it is declined as a result of an AVS mismatch, please verify that the billing address information you are entering on the website is an exact match to the billing address information on file with your credit card issuing bank. If your card is declined as a result of the card code mismatch, please ensure that you are correctly entering the 3 or 4 digit code that appears on the front or back of your card (varies by card type). If your transaction is otherwise declined, please ensure that you have sufficient funds available on your account to complete the transaction, or contact your bank to inquire about any holds that may have been placed on your card.
Declined transactions may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Within 5 business days, your bank will remove these pending transactions from your account. Because the transactions were declined, they will never be posted or permanently charged to your account. Unfortunately, during that time that the bank is processing the pending transactions, those charges will be deducted from your account balance. These funds are not being held by shop.panthers.com, and may have their pending status removed only by your bank.
