Orders
Order Status
You may check the status of your order using the My Account menu. If you are not logged in, enter your email address and password under Returning Customers. On the My Account page, click the link 'Your Order History'. The Order History page will display all of your order information including, date, order number, order status, tracking number (if applicable), and total. For a more detailed view of a specific order, click on the corresponding order number.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including FedEx tracking information for your package(s).
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until the time it ships (usually 4:00 PM EST the next business day).
Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

Customer would like to revise the order (in which case, order will be cancelled and customer may place a new order)

Customer submitted duplicate order

One or more items from the order are out of stock

Inability to ship the order due to invalid or inadequate address information
If and when your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification and a refund in the full amount of your order to the original form of payment.

If you clicked on a sponsored ad in order to reach shop.panthers.com, a temporary cookie will be placed on your computer. This cookie is harmless, and will be automatically removed from your temporary internet files. Be assured, none of your personal information is being used or recorded in any way by Google.
