Customized Items
Unless an error occurred in the order fulfillment process or the item(s) arrive in damaged or defective condition, all sales are final for customized items. If you find that an error occurred in the fulfillment process, please refer to the Error in Order Fulfillment section.
When prompted at checkout, you should select the lowest shipping method you are offered when placing an order that includes a customized item. Selecting an express shipping method will not gaurantee faster delivery of your order. Specific delivery time frames vary by item and are included in individual item descriptions.
Guidelines for Customized Jerseys
Customized jerseys must adhere to the following guidelines:

Only letters may be entered in the name field (only capital letters will be printed on the jersey)

Only numbers (0-9) may be entered in the number field

The name field must be between 1 and 12 characters (including spaces)

The number field must be 1 or 2 numbers

Names of players who retired from the Panthers may not be printed

Names cannot be inappropriate, derogatory, or profane
If your order does not satisfy all of the above guidelines, it will be cancelled.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are heavily discounted items whose item numbers end with "-C". These items may not be returned unless an error occurred in the fulfillment process or the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
Online Store Exclusive Pricing
Unless otherwise noted, pricing, promotions, and discounts offered on shop.panthers.com are exclusive to shop.panthers.com and are not valid at the Panthers Team Store or game day merchandise kiosks at Bank of America Stadium.
